Refund policy

Every Weird & Wild Wear item is printed just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns for a refund if you change your mind.

Size exchanges
If something doesn't fit, email us at weirdnwildbiz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the size you need, and we'll send you the return address. Items have to be unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on. You pay the postage to send it back, and we ship your new size for free. We can do one exchange per order.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you don't need to send anything back.

Lost packages
Email us if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or if your order hasn't arrived 30 days after you placed it. We can't replace packages that tracking shows as delivered, or orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once your item is in production, we can't cancel it.
